Christopher Hoffman - Asp Nimbus (OOYH 009) is now up for pre-order for release on Friday March 26, and holy heck are we excited for this album! A stellar quartet of musicians, all in the maestro Henry Threadgill’s orbit, navigate 8 brand new Hoffman compositions inspired by Threadgill’s Make a Move and Bobby Hutcherson's Oblique. Anyone who likes any of the records we’ve released on OOYH since starting in 2018 is going to find something to love on Asp Nimbus. We’re doing this one on digital + limited vinyl, which will ship over the summer.
